The name of file not showing up on download

When i download any type of file i cant see the name of the file. It just says downloading, speed, progress and time. I used to be able to see the files name but it stopped showing!

Right click on the column header(the bar where the name should be), and either select "Revert to Default" or "Name" from the list of categories.
