Some help please- 16 Hosts, 0 kbs up/download, weird

Hi, I accidentally left limewire on downloading overnight, I usually don't because we have had trouble after trouble with different issues, though it was download a rather large file into my shared file. This morning the file had moved to Incomplete, but was still trying to download it, and now as I type I have 16 hosts download though no speed...

I havent touched any settings, I do not know what is happening,

any help would be great, I want to get it downloaded out of the excess downloads this month before it resets on the 18th....

Try closing limewire down, give it 1/2 hour and then re-start it, hopefully it will kick it along...;)

i have started and restarted it a dozen times. just now when it first started it downloaded at 2kbs for about 10 seconds with 17 hosts but now it has nothing. No problems with my internet, no problems with other programs or downloads, just this one...

Try this...
Go to your Connections Tab in limewire, if it's not showing up go to Veiw > Show/Hide and make sure the connection tab has a tick next to it...
Then click on the Hosts and remove them and let Limewire search for some more...
(try to take note of the hosts IP numbers if the same ones keep re-appearing add them to your host filter...) ;)

Tools > Options > Filters and select the Host Filter and add these IP's into it and select apply...

Try installing PeerGuardian, it will help keep the fake hosts out...Remember to enable PG just before you start limewire up...;)

Another thing if you are using limewire 4.13 and later you can apply this hostile list...
The TechNutopia Fullsize Hostiles List for BearShare and LimeWire

If that still doesn't help, who is your ISP...
