Music videos have no sound when converted to iPod
 

Hi all;

I recently downloaded a few music videos and converted them to iPod via iTunes (I'm using a Mac if this matters). One of them works just fine... it's mp4, whatever that means, I'm not that well versed in the newer formats). All the others (in mpg format) don't have sound when converted to iPod, although they do have sound when played through iTunes or Quicktime. Is it the format that is preventing the sound from converting, and if so how do I convert .mpg to .mp4 (if its even possible).

Apparently QT Pro will convert for iPod. There's some more info in the post below, or try LOTR's suggestion & search the Apple site for some converters.

Thanks for replying :) I checked out the list of converters but the onlt free one I found that works with Macintosh is iSquint, and it works quite nicely in case anyone else has the same problem.
