HELP A NEWBIE PSE!Movie format please what do I have to do???

:confused:Appreciate this must be a historically archaic question but as a newbie i could do with some basic layman's assistance in how do I format my pc to download movie formats from limewire...mpg and mp3 is fine...but movies I am totally befuddled and unable to download???
Would be chuffed if I could discover the secret Thanks:aweof:

1. Movie download issues (click on blue link)

2. How to find music which also applies to videos.

3. For video playback issues, we recommend this player: VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site)
