Which movies to download?

If a bit confused...

When downloading movies, when you search for one, out of the choice of what come up what is best?

eg. avi, mpg or....and at what speed?

It would be great if someone could help me!

.avi...and make sure to right click on the search result and choose Bitzi lookup!
