when i do a search on audio nothing at all comes up

when i do a search for audio noting is comming up.its searching but noting is coming up

1. Cant download at all - nothing happens when I click download (click on link)

2. Make sure you are properly connected before searching. You should see at least 3 green bars to show LW is connected properly; Sample Image (click on blue link)
