searches producing no results!
 

I've had Limewire for a couple of years, and it always worked great until about 6 months ago when all searches resulted in NOTHING. No matter what i search for, it shows up with no results even though i'm connected and all of the things i previously downloaded (before the searches stopped working) will still continue to download when i connect. Can anyone help me out??

Since your connection's ok, try these fixes.

1. In LW go tools > options > searching > basic & check whether the 'show license warning' box is ticked. If it does, untick it > Apply > ok...see if that makes any difference.

3. Delete LW's preferences folder when LW's properly closed. See point 3 here & also point 2 if you've used older versions of LW in the past (there could be a folder in either location).

This will change all of your settings within options, you'll have to go back through afterwards & reset things.
