Very slow download

everytime i download music, the speed only stays around 3kb and if not that it will then just say "need more sources". and im not sayin just recently....everytime! no matter what time of day, or how good the hosts connection. i even bought LM pro to try to fix it....but its exactly the same on turbo connection. and i know its not my connection, because i can download a whole album from azureus the same time it takes for 1 song. can anyone help me out? im getting pretty desperado.
