Trouble sending downloads to the hard drive
 

Hello to all. I am a technological dinosaur so please excuse my basic and rudimentary question. I love the lime wire system, however, I cannot get the downloads to go to my hard drive. I must have executed a command in error.
If someone has the patience to take me through this, I would greatly appreciate it. I simply want what I download to go to my hard drive to burn CD's at a later date.

What OS are you using?

Downloads are automatically saved to your HDD. I use Win XP & the default location for saving is C:\Documents and Settings\your username\shared.

Within LW go tools > options > saving & you'll see where your downloads are being saved to.

If you go to LW's library, highlight a file & click Explore...your saved folder should open:)
