My movie downloads are not verifying what can i do

I have been downloading on here for a couple years now and I have never had a problem untill now. I am having problems downloading several movies they will go to 100% completion but they will not verify.WHAT IS THE PROBLEM. I can not figure this out The downloads will go to 100% and they will say that they are still downloading @ 0kb/s I have tried refreshing them and pausing them when i do pause them and then restart they will go to the queued status and they will stay there and do nothing for days it will not let me restart or nothing please help me
