![]() After returning from holiday vacation, I found that LW would no longer download. In the past, this was the result of my LW being too out of date. So, like in times past, I updated to the latest release of LW (4.14.10). However, the issue was not resolved and I continued to be unable to download the results of my searches. Then as suggested in another post on this forum, I deleted my LW preferences folder (under Windows XP). I then started LW back up and recreated my preferences with the LW setup wizard. This, too, did not resolve the download issue. I then tried updating my installation of Sun JRE to 1.6.0_03-b05 with again no success. I have no problems with LW connecting to other peers or returning search results. It just won't download any of the several files I've attempted. Often it says connecting then the number of hosts it has tried and then fails awaiting sources. LW shows full connection bars and no firewall present. LW has no problems uploading files to other remote clients. Any ideas? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Respectfully, Gary |
