Problem with loading speeds

I have a problem with download speeds. After connection when i try to download the speeds are initialy quite high,ie 145kbs, but after a short time the speeds drop to single figure speeds. I am running PRO 4.14.10. Thanks for any help.

I have the same problem. Speeds drop to very low values maybe as highas 8 and a lot at 0 even though it will say i am downloading from multiple hosts.
