Nothing Was Wrong With It. Its Just That My Computer Was Stolen From My Home. When I Bought The Lw Pro I Had A Different E-mail Address Than What I Have Now. The Problem Is I Can't Remember Exactly How My User Name Was Written So That I Can Download Lw Pro To My New Computer.

Your 6 months free updates would have expired and i don't think the 12 months option was available then. It's possible your email address has been deleted from the database. Either way, you'll need to purchase it again, though possibly at a reduced rate if you can remember you old email addy.

Next time you should make a copy of the program onto a disc or another safe place so you can retrieve it if some thing happens to your computer.
