help downloading

Can anyone please help me? No matter how many search results I do, I am getting none. I have Basic Livewire. I am new on here and just got Livewire 1 hour ago. It keeps saying something about enabling open sharing whatever that means and i'm trying to download music to my mp3 can someone please help
