Cannot find license for this file?

Every song I try to download it gives me the message "Cannot find license for this file. Download anyway?" SO I download but when I try to play it it says it's looking for license but never does anything. A while back I think I accidently deleted my LimeWire program so I reinstalled it. Could it be I need something to reaffirm my membership? How do get it to strat working again?
