How do I remove a file from incomplete files
 

I have one file in incomplete files that I can't remove, the text for this file is red. Also I'm having difficulty removing 2 playlists and 1 folder in the open playlist (.m3u). If anybody can instruct me on what to do I sure would appreciate it.
