Hello there....is there anyway i can decrease the minimum of upload speed which is 10kbps? i mean i am capped at 12kbps as it is (bummer innit ) i am using limewire pro (latest version 4.16.0 pro)

hey ,i'll try limewire4.16.1 pro and i see the upload decrease ,so i reinstall previous version 4.4.12 pro ,it work better and faster perhaps restriction ,i don't know ,i post approximately the same question and i wait for a answer
