Downloading from 46 hosts but 0/kbs?

Been downloading a movie and it was kicking *** for awhile. Now it says I'm downloading from 46 hosts but the download isn't making any progress

Once in awhile it will shoot up to 5-10/kbs but then back to 0 again? Anything I can do. I searched the topic and found nothing.
