Need Help: Can not get the Setup to install
After I have download a Zip file that has the setup file in it. I extract the file and try to install the program. I have tried this with several different programs and I receive the same problem each time.
Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
