could not download is driving me crazy!

i am having the same problem. everytime I download every song says COULD NOT DOWNLOAD. this didn't happen as much until i upgrade to the 2.1 version. I need help and I need it fast.

I'm using v.2.1.3 Pro. Everything I try to download results in the Could Not Download message. I can't seem to fix it so i've resorted to using my old 1.8c version. I'm more than a bit gutted that the 'pay for it' version isn't doing what it's supposed to.
