download problems - percentage of progress stays always the same

Hoi

I 'm downloading a file at a speed of 160kb/s
but the percentage of progress stays always the same
7%.
Can anybody tell me what to do??????

Have You scanned it with Your AV? Have You previewed it? how long have You let it continually download while in that (7%)state ? Have You Bitzi'ed it?

Help!!!!!!!! I'm having nearly the same problem, my downlaod was at 80% then dropped back to 31% now it has just dropped back to 30%. It says its downloading at 54 kbs, the file size is 801 MB. I have previewed some of it and it is ok.
