downloading problems.

when i download certain videos, the progress is "delayed" for some reason.

EX:

video has 65% completed, then goes up to 66% (here the speed of downloading constantly changes) then goes down to 65%

this keeps on repeating and i have no idea why

and ideas?:eek:
