Help!!!! (transfer old LW files to new computer)

Ok i just started this site b/c i need major help! (i dont even no if i'm posting in the rite place.... oh well, I got a laptop and i'm trying to transport my old Limewire Tunes to my new computer. When I go to Itunes on my new computer, It has my old Lime Wiretunes under "shared", but when I click on it, it says " The shared library "XXX LimeWire Tunes" is not responding. (-3260) Check that any firewall software running on either the shared computer or this computer has been set to allow communication on port 5214." I got both to open on my old computer, but I can't get My old LimeWire Tunes to open. I go to firewall and everything but where do i go from there?
