help downloading programs

when u download a program a window pops up warning of a virus and i accidently checked the box for remembering the action and clicked on No. i want to download programs but it remembers this action. How do i change this????

Default

Go to

Tools->Options->View->Popups and check the box under "Popups" it says "Revert To Default" this should fix the problem
