Cant Contact

hello everybody
i'm new to this so be easy !!!!!!!!!

ive had Lime wire for years now and now it wont connect..
some days it's TURBO some days it ""wants" to connect
and some it keeps disconnecting....

BUT MY MAIN PROBLEM IS !!!!!!
i cant connect to customer service because they say my "email" address
is INVALD!!!!!!!!

and it's the same one ive always had and the same one they have responded to me on a number of occasions.

ANY HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!

AND I PAYED FOR IT !!!

They wont let me email customer support.. they say my email is "invald"
and it the same one ive always used..when i purchased, and its the same one they have gotten back to me on with problems !!!!!!!!!!

They delete email addresses shortly after subscription expires. i.e. if you bought Limewire more than 6+ months ago then you can't get service from them.

So pretty much, either buy it again or try to get a solution here
