No Support from Limewire I sent an email asking for the fax number of the CEO, Mr. Mark Gorton. His number is ******. This reply was from Greg Bildson, the CTO/COO.
My question had to do with the inabilty to delete files from the library. His answer was useless. "I beleive the answer to your particular question is that Limewire itself is holding a refrence to these files (I beleive due to the internalplayer). You probably have not shut down and restarted Limewire. I beleive the problem would have also gone away had you rebooted your computer. Please followup with service@limewire.com
