Limewire starts to open then closes

not sure if this is in the wrong section

I keep trying to open limewire, and it starts to open, then closes.
i tried reinstalling it with no luck, same thing happens.

pleaseee help, its so fustrating!

Might be a Java Issue

Remove All Java versions installed (via Add/Remove Programs) before you install the latest Version. (Download the JRE Offline Installer)
Java SE Downloads Fourth one Down.
