Default Uploading problem

1. OS version? => Vista Business, administrator
2. What firewalls you have? /
3. How much ram? => 2G
4. Hard Disk space available? => 27G
5. Connection type? => broadband
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? => linksys WAG200G
7. Where are you trying to connect from: => house
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? => LW 4.16.6, JAVA1.6.0_05
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? => fulladsl
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: => Your test worked!
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? I have also got bittorrent running on my computer. it uses other ports then LW.
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. => i have worked with LW before, but this is the first time i try to upload stuff
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? => no
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? => I'm behind a router and have set it up to port forward. my computer has a static ip. I followed the instructions from PortForward.com
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? i deleted them all
16. What country are you living in? Belgium

So I have port forwarded my static ip to the router, but apparently users can only download 1 file from me(i got 100s). So i tried opening a port-range, but still no luck.

Check your settings. Go to Tools > Options > Sharing. See Legend. Click box... Folder is Fully Shared... Now go to Uploads > Slots. Try putting in 5 at both locations then Apply OK.

Yes, If you choose a higher # it could possibly slow things down a bit. Depends on how much Bandwith you have available. You can play around with it to see what works best for you.
The first Setting is to allow a certain amount of files to one person. This will prevent one person from trying to download 50 (just a number) songs at the same time and hog all of the slots. I have mine set to 3.

Sometimes after changing the settings you will have to close LW down before they will go into effect. You may try that. If things don't change, post back.
You said that your NOT having a Firewall issue Right??

I restarted LW, but still the same. LW does not detect a firewall.
I have setup my router so it forwards a port range, but do i have to do something in LW configs aswell? the listen port and manual port are both 33026.

No, they should be the same. As long as there is no Firewall issues, you should be good to go.
Are any of the files in the LW Library RED?? Also do you see the number of files you are sharing next to the Blue Earth??

none of my uploads are red. i can see the number of files i'm uploading

EDIT: I just realized i have Hitman Pro installed, could this be the cause?
