Corrupt Files
 

I constantly get "file corrupt" with almost every song I try to download. If the file makes it through, the only thing that I can hear is the intro to the song looping. I also wasn't able to locate a contact number to request a refund or get help with any questions I have. My daughters friend has the free version and says its great (which is why I purchased it for $21.95 from the limewire.com site).
Regardeless, I am very uphappy and either want some help fixing the problem or want a refund. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

I followed the instructions to the letter. I am showing three ultrapeers which I cannot get rid of. I disabled this in my preferences, and tried to add the IP addresses you sent but received a dialog box that stated I could not search that address. I deleted the three IP addresses in the connections window and only three more returned. I can't seem to get anymore than three addresses. What a pain!!
