Where is the "browse host" button

The Search user guide #10 refers to the Browse Host button.
For some reason I can't find it anywhere.

According to postings I have read this feature is not currently available due to reliability issues. I believe I read a posting by afisk that said it would be included in a later release when these issues have been worked out.
