 Limewire downloads are taking forever Even with 10 Hosts these stupid Limewire downloads are taking forever. Maybe it has something to do with my crappy connection strength.  Hmmm..... Let's see what the Limewire Tech Support Manual has to say: If you use a Wireless Connection for the internet, moving your Laptop closer to your wireless router or modem can iincrease your signal strength. Lets see, now ..... I'm trying to steal bandwith from the Base Commander's DSL connection. "Tower, this is Lime Leader One. I say again, this is Lime Leader One. Requesting permission to lower my altitude to 50 ft. I say again... 50 ft." I need to practice on my low-altitude manuvering .... Yea..."  |

| Have you tried connecting using a Cat 5 ethernet cable? You can only upload as fast as others can share in bandwidth for their uploading. The problem may well be your ISP shaping p2p or LW bandwidth. |
