I am having trouble with limewire!

I can download things fine, it is when i saev them. When I download songs, i click on the audio forst, so that they are mp3, and then when they have downloaded, when it comes to saving them, they save as m3u!

It is so annoying!!

When they are m3u, they can't upload onto Windows Movie Maker. They save as mp3 for everyone else! including my cousin. She doesn't know why they save like this either! PLEASE help me
