Cant find music video:new user plz help

Hey I cant find the right music video i'm searching for......
i find videos of many other artists...but not that particular video....
and most of the time i cant preview the video or song i'm downloading...........how to solve dis problem?? will downloading vlc media player solve dis problem??

operating system: windows 98
ram: 128 mb
limewire version: basic 4.16.6
current media players: winamp 5, and windows media player 9
connection: broadband. :confused:
