Limewire Wont Download Anything

Hi there to all, i did look for the introductions forum first but could not find it, sorry. As for the problem i am having: Limewire wont download anything at all. I had my computer reformatted recently and had to reinstall Limewire, i also updated Java as Limewire site suggested but still no luck. It looks like its searching but no results ever come up. I am on windows xp with service pk2. Also im on broadband. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Bad news it's your ISP that is giveing problems.Read this thread about it.

Thanks for that, xcom....although when i checked out that link you gave me, some seem to say theres a way if you change the number in the ports box but i did that with no luck. Whilst others say Tiscali are doing it at peak times. So im none the wiser really. But thanks for your time anyway. It is much appreciated.

NO problem and i think they only let you use your Limewire doreing night time hours.
