Newbie Question Please Help !!!!

I need to get some help here I have successfully downloaded a few files but there is this one that downloads to 100 % but it won't go into my Library at all. and I only have had this program for a few days so not sure what is going on or how to put it into my Lib.

You are LUCKY to download to 100%. But No I dont your answer, because Im running the same problem.

Did you try just downloading a different copy of the same file?
