I am a newbie - is there a "short-cut" to locate one's own post with any reply instead going tru' the entire forum?

Yes, by going to your profile and looking at latest posts

in your case http://www.gnutellaforums.com/members/jason11.html

For anyone else reading this exchange jason11 in that link with your own username

Or...

Wherever you see a user name (your own or any other member of these forums), and it is underlined (ex. jason11 will be how you see it in most cases), just left-click on it !

A window opens and you can check for All Posts or send a Private Message to the selected user.
Couple of other goodies as well !

Don't get me started on how incredibly stupid it is to not have your username clickable i.e. Here:

And what's up with the updates? I last visited about 30 minutes ago, not 6 hours ago.

Maybe the forums have a remote problem and the time zone is randomly changed from CCland to Bruceensheilastan ?
