Cannot download
 

I have Pro 4.14.
I have downloaded (music) before but not for several months. All went well. Now I tried to download by entering the artist's name. All appeared ro work right but there was no listing of songs provided. I repeated the process by entering an artist that I have downloaded before and, again, no song listings appeared. Help. Thanks for your time. Otto
