Nope, sorry. Same problem. I am connected, icon 'spins', nothing found and ends.

and it shows a brickwall at the bottom. I have since shut off my firewall, but it is still there. Like the previous post, nothing shows and I can't get the connection up. I just downloaded 17, but it wsa doing the same thing on ver 16. I have internet security through my provider (sharter communication). Please help!!!
