Download speeds depend on your sources. For example, how fast are your uploads? How fast is each individual uploading files from your LW? If they have many uploaders then their upload speed is going to be compromised. And you may not even be downloading from a complete file, but someone's partially downloaded file so you can only download as fast as they can or so.

Advice is to search the topic again & try to find more sources. Then right-click the search tab & choose Get More Results.
