hi (no search results)
 

hi everyone, first time here!! just installed limewire on my laptop, enter a search and it finds nothing!!!! help???:bangh::bangh:

hmm this could be a stupid question but do you have a internet connection. other than that firewalls and that sort of business could be the problem. when you open up limewire in the very far bottom left there should be a seriers of doors. if those doors are all red it means your not connected to the network, if there green your good to go.

[1] Is your LW connected properly (all green/blue connection bars)? If LW's connected, try the fixes below

[2] In LW go tools -> options -> searching -> basic & check whether the 'show license warning' box is ticked. If it does, untick it -> Apply -> ok...see if that makes any difference.

[3] If still not working check out this link (the search doesnt work)

[4] Finally if still no good in Limewire Links (below) click on this link (Fixes for LW when LW isn't operating as it should) if yr problem still remains click on (system details) fill in and post back here
