Picture not playing in downloaded videos?
 

Hi all,
I am new to this and very technically un-saavy, so if you reply, please reply to me in very layman's terms. :rolleyes_2: It would be much appreciated!

Simple thing, really, per the title of my post; When I download videos, all I get is the sound...no pic. Is this a simple fix? I sure can't figure it out!

Hi, how did you figure it out? help please.

You might need codecs for your player. Check out the link below for links to different codec packs (only have one codec pack installed at a time, or you can run into problems) & also VLC player...it's a very good free player which has codecs installed to play most file types:)
