Can't figure out the problem
Ok I started out about 3 years ago with the basic version and it worked fine. I then decided to upgrade to the pro version and it worked even better. But recently I decided not to renew my subscription and went back to the basic version, but now I can't get it to do anything. I can put in what I am looking for in the search engine, but it never returns any results. What is the problem???
