14 hosts is/was limited to T3 connections, so either your bandwidth isn't true T3 or else LW has now stopped the option.

The number of hosts is never consistant. It always depends on who has how many songs to share. If for instance only 5 people have a particular song that you want then only 5 will show up on the hosts list. If you've been consistantly getting 10 hosts then you have been doing really well!
Some of the music I search for is so old (1950's) I'm lucky if I get 1 host to be holding that file for download let alone 10!
Another thing you were warned about but took no notice of was to never publicise your e-mail address. That is just asking for spam and mail containing malware. Please edit this latest post and take your e-mail address out of the post. it is against the rules of the forum to publicise your e-mail address.
Also please do not put your post on the forum more than 1 time. putting it on the forum every day does not guarantee that you stand a better chance of getting an answer. So please go to your other post and delete it from the forum.

Previously anybody could set their LW or FW to be a T3 connection even when they were not using a true T3 connection which is a super fast connection. So too many people were stealing Ultrapeer connections which are needed to help people to connect with (eg: you having 10 or 14 hosts meant those only needing 3, 4 or 5 hosts to connect to the Gnutella network with would not be available.)

As it is now, I am not sure if obtaining that many hosts to connect with is still possible at all, but if it is, is probably reserved for those who do have true T3 connections with lots of bandwidth to spare 'including' for uploading (perhaps detected by the program) & are running in ultrapeer mode.
