progress bar isn't moving

i have been downloading for a while now but recently when downloading a video the progress bar hasn't moved. it is staying at the same percentage and the time to is staying relativley the same.its downloading at 55kb so it should be done fairly quick but it doesnt seem to be doing anythingbut it says it is downloading. any help would be appreciated.
