Download speed slowing down

Asking for help on why my download speed has went from 75+KB/s to 22 KB/s. No matter how many hosts I have it never goes over 25 KB/s. I can have 10 hosts and get 2 KB/s. Please help, not Limewire or computer literate.

Xp, 160 gb harddrive, 1 gb memory, Norton anti-virus, wireless modem through Cricket Wireless, limewire pro 4.18.3.1
