Right click on them and mark them as "Junk".
You can avoid most viruses by checking file sizes before you attempt to d/load something. Most music files will be larger than 2000KBs(2MBs). The viruses are usually smaller than 1000KBs. Don't d/load anything smaller than 2000KBs.
