"Limewire does not have permission to access this file

My Sister sent me a file (wedding stuff) to open with limewire but when I try I get a popup saying Limewire doesnt have permission to access file..

Is this because theres a setting I have/havent checked off? I never had
this problem but today I had to reinstall limewire.. Is it a new feature?
