downloading problems

hello everyone, when i download limewire i get an error message saying error opening file for writing. c:\program fles\limewire\limewire.exe click abort , retry, or ignore. Then i tried with a new browser and saving it to my desktop and i get a error message saying Windows cannot access the specified device,path,or ile. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. Heeelp plleeeeesse1
