I'm using Limewire 4.18.3 and whenever I download a video it stops playing the video after about 20 seconds but the sound continues. When I use the scroller for time it shows that the video is only 22 seconds length although it's usually ~20 minutes. Also, I can't seem to skip through my movies. Any help would be appreciated

Your Probably finding Fake, Junk, or Corrupt Files. The Network is Loaded with them.
You need to become very familiar with Bitzi when downloading Video Files off of the Gnutella Network. Instruction below. After you have completed your search, Right click on the file that you're interested in. Now go to Advanced > Lookup File With Bitzi. Left click on that and a new browser window will open which is Bitzi. Now you will see how other members have rated this file. If you see something like "Bitprint not found" then Leave it alone. Its probably a Fake or Corrupt File. If it has been Rated then you can read what or how the members feel about the file. Make sure You Scan EVERY File with your AV Program Before Opening. Hope this Helps. |
