Sounds to me something like mp3 Bit-Rates Versus File Sizes (click on link). Such files are spammed across the network in an attempt to stop copyright sharing of files.

Whilst Bitzi might not have the file, it's not a bad idea to at least check to see if any reports have been made about the file How to use Bitzi Web Lookup to see if it's ok.

So looks like you may need to choose an alternative download in your search results & download it again.
